Happy Doodle Farm Placement Guaranttee and Client Committment

At Happy Doodle Farm, we do not just breed and train elite canine companions; we stand behind them. When you commission a placement—whether an Executive Companion, an Estate Integration, or a Dynasty Commission—you are acquiring a dog that has been rigorously vetted, meticulously trained under the Aspen Protocol, and medically cleared.

To protect the integrity of our program and the well-being of our candidates, every placement is governed by the following standard of care and commitment.

1. Comprehensive Veterinary Clearance

You are commissioning a finished companion, which means the medical heavy lifting is handled before delivery. Upon installation, you will receive a complete medical portfolio. Your candidate will be up-to-date on all age-appropriate vaccinations, broad-spectrum deworming, and preventative care. We require that you maintain this standard of preventative veterinary care for the duration of the dog’s life.

2. The Two-Year Genetic & Congenital Guarantee

We engineer our lines for exceptional health and temperament. Happy Doodle Farm provides a comprehensive two-year guarantee against any severe, life-threatening congenital or genetic defects. Should a licensed veterinarian identify a terminal genetic condition within this window, Happy Doodle Farm will provide a replacement candidate from a future residency cohort. (Please note: This guarantee covers genetic health; it does not cover environmental injuries, neglect, or standard communicable illnesses contracted after the candidate has been installed in your home.)

3. Lifetime Placement Security

A Happy Doodle Farm candidate will never enter the shelter system. We understand that lives are dynamic and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If at any point during the dog’s life you are no longer able to provide care, Happy Doodle Farm retains the right of first refusal. We will unconditionally accept the dog back into our care at the farm, or personally assist your family in facilitating a safe, vetted transition to a new home.

4. Companion Exclusivity (Strict Non-Breeding Status)

Our candidates are engineered and placed strictly as elite family companions, executive assets, and clinical therapy dogs. We do not sell breeding rights. Any attempt to breed a Happy Doodle Farm dog is a direct violation of this placement agreement and will immediately void all health and behavioral guarantees.

5. The Aspen Protocol Behavioral Baseline

We deliver a highly conditioned, environmentally neutral companion. However, dogs are living, breathing creatures, not programmed machines. The behavioral baseline established under the Aspen Protocol must be maintained through consistent leadership and routine. While we are always available for consultation and guidance after placement, Happy Doodle Farm does not assume liability for behavioral degradation caused by a lack of boundary reinforcement or environmental trauma occurring after the final installation.

6. Zero-Friction Delivery and Timeline Adaptability

Our training residencies are outcome-based, not rigidly time-based. While we will establish a targeted installation date, Happy Doodle Farm reserves the right to extend the residency if our trainers or veterinarians determine the candidate requires additional conditioning or medical recovery time before delivery. In the event we extend the timeline to meet our standard of excellence, you will never be charged additional daily boarding or training fees. We absorb the variables so you don’t have to.

7. Post-Installation Medical Care

Once a candidate has been successfully installed in your home, Happy Doodle Farm relinquishes daily operational control. As such, we do not cover or reimburse independent veterinary expenses, elective procedures, or treatments initiated by the buyer after the transfer of ownership. If a significant genetic issue is suspected, our team must be contacted immediately to consult on the diagnosis before definitive medical action is taken.

The Foundation Placement (Early Residency Candidates)

For clients commissioning a candidate at the 12-week Foundation level, Happy Doodle Farm has executed the critical early developmental phases, including Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), early environmental socialization, and foundational behavioral shaping. Because a Foundation Candidate is still in the active stages of cognitive development, the transfer of leadership is paramount.

For Foundation Placements, the client explicitly assumes responsibility for the following:

  • The Medical Handoff: Your candidate will arrive with a medical portfolio detailing all age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming. The client assumes responsibility for executing the remainder of the pediatric vaccination schedule, preventative care, and the spay/neuter procedure in coordination with their private veterinarian.

  • The Behavioral Handoff: We have built the foundation; the client must build the house. Happy Doodle Farm assumes no liability for behavioral issues, anxiety, or training difficulties that develop after installation. The client agrees to provide consistent leadership, boundary reinforcement, and formal training to ensure the candidate matures into a stable adult companion.
